Chriss Onac is an artist that take inspiration from undred differet other artists. He really likes to put together pieces of different instruments, touch of differents musical styles. The result is a miscellaneous EP you must listen carefully!

Oriental soud and a misterious sax in the first, opening track, Occidorient, with a grooving swing from grate percussions, electronic guitars and quick flutes!

Really deeply electronic is Influences, third track, where however a sax makes the atmosphere elegant and sophisticated.

Funky Drunky, track four, has a pressing rhythm: grate mix of electronic guitar, sax, bass guitar and more…

Start calm and relaxing Flutes on the air, the last song, but it’s just a joke: after fiew seconds rhythm and swing will groove up in a fascinating and hypnotic atmosphere!

A marvellous example of greate singers and greate musicians mixed in a explosive album.

CraZyH et Djézinho are artists famous because of their vocal improvvisations during live performances.

The athmospher of this album is a concept of a trip inside of the night time world.

Naferone, first song, it’s really a little jewel: vocally pressing and greate rhythm!

In Shak’um, second track, you will find morrocco sonorities mixed with electronic music, tribal percussions and raggae voice.

Sweet, romantic and very well played and sang Wouan dè, track number five.

We really like Ka’lyn Loj, track eight, because of it’s sound absolutely groovy and an incredible vocal part: crazy!

An album that you must discover!

Twelve pure ethic and fusion tracks.
An album that contains sonorities from many parts of the world: Africa, India, Australia, China and more!

A trip around the Earth, discovering traditional sounds fused with classical vocalisms and elettronic solutions.

We really like the way that this french artist put together so many differents musical styles, creating an harmonic whole tha can makes you feel deep emotions.

The first track, Fly in the Universe, the most sophisticated and sensual of the album, got a great vocal and an interesting swing.

In Charlize Temple, track number four, there is even a recall to the Requiem of Mozart: a great fusion of electronic sound and classical vocals, with an interaction of an unexpected african theme!

Great work in Mha Mha Mhe Kussa, seventh track, because listening it, if you close your eyes, it can be difficoult to identify in witch part of the world you can be in: african voices, electronic beats, chinese flutes and guitars…great mix!

You will really be sourprised from every song of this album!

Good job, very good job! An album half curious, half traditional. You must listen it now....

An album with a strog nature, that mix together a lot of different kind of sounds in a gorgeous and sophisticated blend.

Every song has it own character, accurate and determinate, but there is a deep reserch for an harmony that it’s able to tie up all of the pieces.

We think that one of the most interesting songs of the album is Radio-Active, the 4rd one, ’cause it’s a successful combination of louge, electronic, chillout and fusion music.

Arabic sonorities, tipical middle east instruments mixed with elctronic effects are the topic of Inshallah,7th position in the album, a song that make you breath tipical fragrances of mediterranean countries.

Have you never tried to breath the Narghile smoke? Listen to the 8th song…

You can find a good quality elettronic music in Morphine against terrorism, fast and energetic!

Simply astonishing this album.

This group from Stockholm fuse together numberless styles of music: from metal to jazz, from liric to gipsy.

It’s really incredible how do thei are able to compose strange songs, perfectly harmonious, setting together so differents instrumets, so differents sounds took from several countryes in the world.

The 5th song D’angelo, for example, is partially sang in italian by a soprano: can really give you a shiver along you back!

Gipsy and metal guitars are sometimes played together, in a strange and extraordinary alchemy.

This album want to teel you a story, an epic and obscure story: are you ready to listen it?

This was the first Cape Verdean album to combine the musical traditions of Cape Verde, Haiti and Angolan Semba in one album. An high level latin production.

Quoting an excerpt from their biography on MySpace and UBL:

“In 2006, the Mendes Brothers were recognized by the Prime Minister of Cape Verde with a “Medal of Merit” for their invaluable contribution to the music of Cape Verde, while Ramiro Mendes was awarded the “The Order Of Volcano”, the highest civilian medal, by the President of Cape Verde for his distinguished contribution to Cape Verdean music and culture.”

So, if you like the world music like Kanda Bongo Man, Salif Keita or Toots & the Maytalls, then this album will be the right one for you pleasure.

This 12-tracks album is generally pretty rhythmed, except for Kabu Verdi that is a great brazilian acoustic track that reminds the works of Toquinho’s best period.

Thanks to their margarita sound, we really like Pasadinha, Pekadu, Pisonha and Margarida. They are probably the most caribbean and brazilian tracks contained inside, both for rhythm and athmosphere.

But, taking an immaginary airplane from Caribbean to Africa, we have an exceptional african sound duo: Angolamania and Luanda. You will surely breath the warm air of Africa, you will feel the african sun on your skin and, damn, you will see all the african colors!

Very well arranged and mixed, this album blend different type of music.

In every song, jazz act as a glue, but contaminated by different kind of sonority, new and fresh combinations of sounds.

If La note en cage it’s a more traditional jazz piece, that you usually listen relaxed on your sofa drinking a good whisky, Péninsule can take you away, far away, offering you a caipiriña, under a bent palm, breathing the sweet sea breeze in a perfect summer sunset.

Than come Sumbala, that take you straight in Africa, with its pressing percussions and its sound, perhaps not so jazz but really refined.

Again traditional jazz in L’agonie de lispecteur C, sensationally played.

More and more…

Well, this albun will amaze you with innumerable combinations of different styles of music, tied together by jazz.

It’s a work that can surprise you and make you know a new way to play jazz.

Sit down in a confortable sofa.

Relax and put on this album. You will be surprised to the different kind of styles that are mixed together.

The result? A rich jazz, nearly sumptuous, played in a impeccable way.

Born in 2007, this album includes pieces played by a jazz quintet, made up of piano, sax, trumpet, drum and double bass. The project had devised and composed by Paolo Pavan.

For a soft and candlelight evening, I suggest you Opposites and Silent, both refined and relaxing songs.

To taste the best dense swing, you have to listen Urban Slanging: amazing!.

Actually, all the songs of the album are marvellous. At every hearing, you will discover a new sound or a sign that you didn’t hear before.

So…come on: try it!

Quality jazz from Italy. An eclectic album with relaxing and funny tracks. Good for background ambient, driving music, dinner and elegant party.

This modern jazz album is a real pleasure for ears, with warm sound and style.

Try to figure out a lounge party, an elegant and romantic dinner or a cool office to work. Beautiful peoples, good vibes on the air and absolutely no-stress atmosphere.

Then you’ll get the sound of this album.

Completely italian production — lyrics too —, Vélos is a great cocktail of modern jazz that you can taste with the two slow tracks Quiche Lorraine and Macedonia, the three lounge ones Oat Flakes, Onda su Ombra and Salsa di Soy with a bossanova influence. The title track Vélos is a funny instrumental performance of gipsy sound. The rest is an authentic classic jazz rarity.

We really love them.
