Mix A Dub is an eclectic work from Dubamix, with various influences like drum & bass, hard techno drums, a little bit of patchanka and so on.

Acting Dub is a classical dub with indian influence by the lead sitar. Vocals are samples from france television and a dubby man vocal.

Blending two different styles, we encounter the second track: a well done tango-dub experiment called… Tango. We like it very much. And we really appreciate also CESECA, an evolution from dub to patchanka, and Dvordub, a dubby rap track, with a funny sample surprise.

In Shak’um, second track, you will find morrocco sonorities mixed with electronic music, tribal percussions and raggae voice.

We really like Ka’lyn Loj, track eight, because of it’s sound absolutely groovy and an incredible vocal part: crazy!

Da ragga time is here!

Directly from the central Italy, straight from Rome, an explosive album with classic reggae-raggamuffin style merged with electro and dance sounds. And a little tribute to The Queens.

Bla Bla, the opening and titletrack, together with Mi Promote Marjuana, Romanamour and Sing a Song are a classic reggae – dub tracks, with fat bassline and classic reggae sounds.

Cucina Casareccia (Pasta all’ova version) is maybe the most funny track of the Baracca Sound’s album, the argument is about the handmade typical italian cuisine and foods.

Ragamuffin starts with a little tribute to We Are The Champion by The Queens. Even if the Queens reprise is not so good inside the track, the groove with the fat voice is a good.

Atollo is the most happy and with a sunny character track, you’ll see the sea, the sun, pretty guys and girls play on the beach in the meanwhile you’re drinking your preferred cocktail.

An album for who don’t take life too seriously!

This four artists band is difficoult to pigeonhole, because of all the different gendre of music inside of this album.

Not only reggae, but also trumpets, percussions, africans sonorities and more!

Graden Tree maybe it’s the most reggae song of the album, slow and relaxing.

Dancehall Madness, track numeber seven, it’s really funny: great sound, pressing rhythm, nice swing!

Happy New Year and Running With Rockets makes you fell a little bit of rock by the scraped voice of the performer.

Nice play guys. This 2008 remix edition is a good massive sound release, better expressed through their reggae-dub attitude and soul.

14 tracks with a fat sound, good arrangements and performance, On Verra Plus Tard is considered the real first album by the band itself, including the bonus track Uniform Reggae Mix 6, with and original real roots dub sound.

Pain Of Life and Give Me A Sign could be peacefully considered the most “commercial” tracks of the entire work, with their fast groove and easy listening.

If you wish the real roots sound, don’t miss No More Fighting, There Is A Place, Comme Luise & Thelma, Promenons Nous Dans Les Bois, I’ll Be There (with a good dub influence) and the bonus track.

Dear Lady is something special, an intensive slow-ballad song perfectly performed, with a very fat and present bassline and good guitar riff.

In truth, we don’t really love the “rock” tracks, except Barfly.

If you are a DJ, and especially a rave and party one, you’ll really like this production. High quality electronic dub jungle acid techno work. Tracks that contain pure adrenalin.

The good job is a well-made mix of old-style techno sound (303 bass line, 808 and 909 drum kit, and so on) with a more recent synth style.

So, if you want to dive into dub, get the title track Play It Some More, Melodies, Theremint and, of course, Chromatic Dub. Then pass to the jungle side with Yahla Jungle and Jungle Acid.
